Benefits Analysts Position:
Benefits Analysts offer a professional image, conveying knowledge, integrity and a commitment to customer service. As an integral team member, the Benefits Analyst will:
• Communicate daily with clients that are utilizing an online benefits enrollment application
• Provide assistance with benefits explanations for multiple clients, prior medical insurance/medicaid/medicare experience strongly preferred
• Provide ongoing support to clients
• Manage client relationships with HR Administrators that support up to two thousand employees
• Assist clients by phone and email to help them understand regular updates made to applications
• Report software issues to the Engineering team as they arise
• Provide an accurate time frame for issue resolution to clients daily
• Prioritize tasks and keep a continuous relationship with insurance carriers, clients and internal resources
• Respond to email requests from clients regarding employee coverage, policy cancellations and policy renewals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST!
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Must enjoy working as part of a team and providing ongoing anticipatory service
• Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple clients’ needs simultaneously
• Able to thrive in a fast paced and innovative work environment
• Prior call center experience is a plus!
• Strong problem solving and follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS office applications — Excel, Word, etc.
