BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. — After spending a week fine-tuning its operations during a soft opening, Neat & Noble Bourbon Bar officially celebrated its grand opening Thursday, June 4, welcoming community leaders, guests and bourbon enthusiasts to its new home in Downtown Nexton.
Located at 1101 Metropolitan Avenue, the upscale bourbon bar is one of the newest additions to the rapidly growing Nexton area, offering an extensive selection of bourbons and whiskeys, handcrafted cocktails, wine and a food menu designed to complement its spirits-focused experience.
The grand opening came nearly a week after the business quietly opened its doors to the public on May 30, as part of a planned soft-opening period.

“Beginning today, we’ll be hosting our soft opening Week as we prepare for our grand opening on Thursday,” the business wrote in a May 30 social media post. “This special week gives our team the opportunity to fine-tune every detail—from the perfect bourbon pour to every plate leaving the kitchen—so we can create the experience we’ve envisioned for our guests.”
Grand Opening Draws Community Support
Following Thursday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony and opening-day festivities, Neat & Noble thanked customers and supporters for helping make the launch a success.
“What an incredible Grand Opening!” the business wrote in a Facebook post Friday. “We are truly grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, shared a pour, enjoyed a meal, and helped make our first day so memorable.”
The grand opening included a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by ownership, community leaders and members of the local business community. Guests were also invited to tour the venue and learn more about its bourbon-focused concept.
