BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Berkeley County School District and the Exchange Club of Cane Bay will have an informational meeting on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. in the Media Center at Cane Bay High School for businesses and organizations interested in participating in the Summer Job Expo for Teens.
The purpose of the informational meeting is to discuss and answer questions about the Summer Job Expo for Teens, including what will happen at the event, how businesses and organizations can help and how they will benefit.
The Job Expo is geared towards teens looking for summer or part-time employment and the objective is to train youth within Berkeley County ensuring they have the skills to secure the jobs of their choice.
Expo participants will have the opportunity to learn about various topics, including social media, resume writing, interview skills, the hiring process and positive work ethic.
