BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Berkeley County School District will host an information session for individuals interested in becoming certified to teach through one of the state’s alternative certification programs on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, from 4:45 p.m. until 7 p.m. at MenRiv Education Park (0 Pulaski Street, Goose Creek).
Individuals who attend will receive information about receiving certification through Teach for America, the Program for Alternative Certification for Educators, Career and Technology Education, and the American Board of Certification of Teaching Excellence.
Those who plan to attend should bring copies of their transcripts for review.
