Principal of Hanahan High School, Richard Raycroft said, “Dr. Zehner is a positive force for innovation and good instruction and she is a source of pride for Hanahan High School. Students flock to her because of the welcoming environment she has created in our school’s media center and they feel challenged by the academic activities she provides. Dr. Zehner is an amazing resource and mentor for her fellow faculty and other librarians in the district. She is truly the most outstanding librarian I have had the honor to know.”
The South Carolina Association of School Librarians advocates professional excellence, facilitates collaboration and develops leadership to ensure that school library media programs are integral to teaching and learning in every South Carolina school.
